Q: What dumpster sizes do you offer?

A: We offer many different residential dumpster sizes, including 10, 15, and 20 cubic yards. No matter if you have a small or large job, you can find a dumpster that’s up to the task.

Q: How do I rent a dumpster?

A: Just give us a call at 920-863-1470 or complete our simple contact form. Our customer service representatives will help you choose a dumpster size and set up your order within minutes.

Q: Do I need to be there for the delivery or pickup?

A: There’s no need to be present for delivery or pickup. On delivery and pickup day, just make sure the area where you want the dumpster placed is clear and not blocked by cars or anything else that may prevent us from accessing the spot. Please also be sure the dumpster is loaded properly, with nothing sticking up over the top or hanging over the sides.

Q: How much space is needed?

A: Our delivery trucks need roughly 60 feet in a straight line leading up to the spot where you want the dumpster placed, with at least 10.5 feet in width. We also need at least 23 feet of overhead clearance to raise the back of the truck and roll off the dumpster.

Q: What are your service areas?

A: We can provide dumpster rentals to Brown County, Kewaunee County, Door County, Calumet County, Oconto County and Shawano County. These areas include the following cities and the surrounding areas: Algoma, Appleton, Ashwaubenon, Brussels, De Pere, Green Bay, Howard, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Rapids, Luxemburg, Sturgeon Bay, and Wrightstown.

Q: Are there items that cannot be put into the dumpster?

A: Yes, local landfills and dumps have restrictions on what can be delivered there. Some items include: Gas, oil, radioactive waste, medical waste, lead acid batteries, paints, cleaners/chemicals, motor oil, batteries, concrete, and pesticides.

Other items of note are no tvs, computers, electronics, or microwaves. Fridges are allowed with an extra $15 charge.
