IMPORTANT: It is important that all customers understand they are in charge of scheduling a dumpster rental pick up by completing our dumpster rental pick up form online.

The customer accepts full responsibility for contents placed in the dumpster and agrees to any additional charges if there are any unacceptable materials. Dumpster contents will be inspected by the landfill and recycling centers (see list below). (No concrete, Asphalt, Stone, Rock or Dirt in any dumpster)

The following items are unacceptable for pickup.

Any restricted items discovered at the landfill will incur an additional charge equivalent to fines received.

The customer is responsible for unloading excess debris if filled above lever with top of dumpster. A trip charge will apply if required to return.

Trucks are weighed before and after entering the landfill. Exact weight tickets are submitted with each invoice. For your peace of mind, Lil Dumpsters doesn’t overcharge you.

There is a $5 per day fee beyond the included days above.

DRY RUN FEE:

Lil Dumpsters may charge a fee for unsuccessful container pick-up or drop-off attempts. When a container is unable to be dropped off or picked up due to THE FOLLOWING REASONS, A $150 trip fee may apply.

Dumpsters are not to be moved by customers. We can move the dumpster upon request, however, a $150 trip fee may apply.

Customer is responsible for any damages to dumpster (including theft) while on their site.

Customer will accept full responsibility for any damage to their driveway, lawn, etc which results from delivery and/or pickup of dumpster.

Credit Card Authorization: Due to the fact that we accept payment via credit card by phone before delivery of the container, you agree and give authorization to Lil Dumpsters to charge your credit card for any fees or charges that may apply to the terms and conditions above.

By using or engaging in our services, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions above. Lil Dumpsters takes all dumpster orders over the phone or by our website. For all intents and purposes regarding financial and/or legal issues, the terms and conditions found here shall constitute a legally binding service agreement and shall have the same force and effect as a signed service agreement.

The only additional fees that could occur are charges for: overloading your dumpster, putting restricted items in dumpster, damaging dumpsters, or dry runs because dumpster is inaccessible.

With Lil Dumpsters you will not have to worry about hidden surcharges or extra fees such as delivery charges, fuel surcharges and environmental fees.

• Bio-medical

• Tires (* Truck or Car at $5.00 each tire)
• Freon (* Only acceptable in refrigerator, freezer, air conditioning units, dehumidifiers at $35.00 each)
• Paint
• Gas or Oil
• Fuels
• No Fires or Smoldering Materials in Dumpsters
